Shipping (New Zealand)

Processing Time:
We only ship Monday to Wednesday during summer to avoid products sitting in hot warehouses over the weekend.

• Orders are packed and dispatched the same day (Monday - Wednesday)
. Orders placed after Wed 3pm won’t be dispatched until the following week.
• You’ll receive tracking details once your order has shipped.

Delivery Timeframes:
• Urban: 1–3 business days
• Rural: 2–5 business days

Delivery Issues:
If your parcel is delayed, damaged, or missing, email us at hello@matakanatallowco.co.nz and we’ll lodge an enquiry with NZ Post.

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are skincare/consumable and cannot be resold once opened, we do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds for change of mind, including:

• Ordering the wrong item
• Not liking the scent/texture
• Reaction due to personal sensitivity
• Deciding you no longer want the product

Refunds are only offered if:

• The product arrives faulty,
• The product arrives damaged, or
• You receive the incorrect item.

If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will replace the item or issue a refund where appropriate.


Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately.
If your order has already been dispatched, we’re unable to cancel or modify it.
